You must contact a customer care representative within 15 days of purchasing an item from Valuebly.com, to receive our 15 Day Money-Back Guarantee.

4. Once a return is approved, return the our item (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

5. Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible claims, or items mailed after 15 days days after being delivered will be deemed invalid.

6. Free Items where you only pay shipping and handling or discounted items do not qualify for the 15 Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Real postage costs for the sending and return of our items are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded. If an item returned and is damaged by the Claimant. The Claimant will have to pay for postage for us to send back the returned item.
